Kasia Uflewska Watson is a final year doctoral researcher in the School of Education at the University of Glasgow. Her research centers upon the concept of belonging in the progressively mobile world. Kasia is interested in constructions of identity and difference, their contemporary production mechanisms, as well as their reconstruction processes induced by multicultural triggers. Kasia also contributed as evaluator of large international lifelong learning programs (e.g. EU BAGRru, Job relevant basic skills concepts and tools for groups facing particular challenges at labour markets), as well as is a champion of Ketso, the latter being a creative data gathering method promoting equal involvement and participation that results in a productive use of everybody’s time.
